All savings contributions are voluntary but binding once initiated for a specific cycle. Loans are subject to credit checks and the availability of funds in the cooperative pool. Defaulting on loan repayments may result in legal action and reporting to credit bureaus.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Leverage Thrift and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
